Living Land, Minnesota Winter II

A retake on the color version, posted last year around this time:

Taken on a trip to St. Peter, Minnesota. After spending time out of the country and more recently on the east coast, seeing these stretches of farmland on the drive along Hwy 169 was refreshing and renewing. Especially now after seeing miles and miles of previously untamed, tree-filled land be dug up and flattened for the new highway to my hometown, land like this outside of St. Peter is all the more sacred.

Lovely site - great variety of styles and subjects. Lots of the shots left me wondering Wow- how'd they do that?

@Chris L: Thanks Chris. I really appreciate that. I just took a look at your sight and found myself wondering the same things. I'd love to sit down and pick your brain on a couple things you do.
