Bjorling Lights

Part of an extended series, finding and posting photos from an old photoblog I thought I had lost. Comments are much appreciated.

The hanging lights above the Bjorling Recital Hall lobby, Gustavus, Saint Peter, MN.

These lights make me think of "the arrow of carnation the fire shoots off" from XVII (I do not love you...) by Pablo Neruda. I had never really paid attention to them until today when I had my camera on me.

I have probably been in Bjorling 100 times, and I have never noticed how cool the lights are. What a revelation!
