Sunset on the Charles River, Boston

A really colorful sunset over the downtown Boston skyline, about an hour before the fireworks, and about a minute before the anthem and the Blue Angels fly-by in their F/A-18s. 1/20th of a second at f/4, handheld and standing, with enough light to stay at ISO 100. Shot with my new EF-S 17-85mm f/4 USM IS vingette-prone Canon lens, with some vignetting correction in Lightroom. Modest curve adjustment and almost no color balancing.

nice colours and good clarity in this shot! you got good light off the building as well to retain good detail... i would may be try not too cut off heads at the bottom but they don't distract too much from the rest...
