Bhavin from Mississauga, CanadaI think I seen this are countless times in books and movies/documentaries. Nice capture, this is a great landscape shot. Maybe you can do this on your own time but maybe try mirror imaging the picture and see how it looks. I do that from time to time and it works sometimes. However, its still a great shot. 19 Feb 2008 3:05pm @Bhavin: Hi Bhavin, thanks for the idea. I'll see how it looks. Where do you think you've seen this before? I'd be curious to see other shots of this area. One of the things I was glad about this afternoon was the shape of the cloud cover offsetting and complementing the shape of the dock. I'd be interested to see how other shots compose. Thanks for stopping by. Love your photoblog. What a great diversity of shots and processing choices. @danthro: Thanks Danthro. Any criticisms? Really liked your photoblog -- especially rocks. danthro from Suburbia, United StatesThanks a lot, Justin! Not really, the only thing I could think of after trying harder is more detail, especially in the bottom half. but that would probably have to be in a larger size version. 20 Feb 2008 6:14pm |
