Thunderhead Sunset, Central Minnesota

One of Minnesota's gorgeous, lengthy sunsets in August '07. We were on the way home from a wedding, and I made my friend keep stopping so I could get a different or better shot from a different angle. At one point, I took a grid of photos in hopes of putting together a big, matrix "panorama". Hopefully that'll come soon, but in the meantime here's one of my favorite single shots from the evening. WoW! This is a great shot of the sky and clouds... Love the different tones of the sun light reflecting on the clouds... I think one can get amazing photos of the clouds if one just look up a little more often... I hope you get to make that panorama composition pretty soon!
