A plant at my friends house that remains flowerless for all but one night of the year. During that one night, supposedly, a single flower blooms and remains open until the morning, when it closes and dies. My friend and I only caught this one night when it blooms because he noticed the perfume the flower lets off just before he headed to bed.

I have one of these plants in my convervatory, i've been trying to find out what it's name is and where it comes from for a long while. My plant has been flowering every month throughout the summer with several flowers each time. the flowers take about a month to grow and usually open around the date of our full moon. Now the weather has turned cold it has stop producing flowers. Please could you email my if you have anymore information on this plant.
