El Arrayán
Posted by Justin Haaheim (New Haven, CT, United States) on 14 March 2007 in Plant & Nature.
One I came across in a grove of arrayanes alongside the river by that same name in the Parque Nacional Los Alerces outside of Esquel, Argentina. Walking through the groves was unreal, surrounded by hundreds of these almost glowing cinnamon colored trees. This is the second in a series of tree photos from the park. One or two more to come.
Criticism
I've really appreciated so far the comments I've gotten on my photos, but I wanted to take a minute to mention that one of the things I really appreciated about my past photoblog was the mix of both praise and constructive criticism. This aminus3 community seems to be really good at the former, but at least for me personally I would really appreciate more of the latter. Criticism on any level and of any type is welcome as long as its constructive -- please don't feel like you shouldn't comment because you're not "qualified". Thanks in advance.
Lastly,
inspired by Joe Lencioni, a friend and fellow photoblogger, I'm going to start posting a "picture of the day" at the end of my posts, both to encourage me to look at other people's photoblogs regularly and to provide a link to work of photographers that I really admire. So,
